For this I have been doing massages for about 5 years now, which help on the body level (physical), emotional level (soul), the level of the mind and the spirit of the person (energetic).

These massages have brought health and balance, joy, peace and beauty to many people.

Unfortunately, due to the circumstances related to the military actions of russia against Ukraine, I am not able to provide services now.

Massage without pain

I do painless massage. I achieve this by warming up, smoothing, and rendering my good attitude to the client. If there is discomfort or pain - we change the tactics of massage, further warm up the problem area, give it more time and attention - and the pain disappears :)

Massage without pain, without additional stress, with love affectionately enables the body to receive positive help, which is transmitted through massage, and to activate its healing processes. In the future, the body, having received this help, heals itself and does not need my help. It brings a long-term and stable healing effect!

If someone does massage and does not pay attention to the pain - the body perceives the pain as stress, as an attack of an enemy... And so it tries to protect itself from invasion, to close, and after such a massage - to return the body to its previous state, which was before the attack. Therefore, the healing effect of stress massage is short-lived and the person needs more and more sessions of help...

So I consciously do stress-free and pain-free massage. This achieves a smooth, restful healing effect.
